What to tell us
The more specific you can be, the better we can plan the visit. Which fixture is affected, whether it is one or several, how long it has been going on, and whether you have seen water anywhere it should not be.
If you have already had somebody out, say so and tell us what they did. It saves you paying us to repeat a step that did not work the first time.
Photos help a lot. Send them to [email protected] once you have submitted the form and we will attach them to your job.

What happens after you hit send

Fill in the form with as much detail as you have. Postcode and a phone number are the two that matter most.
We call
Usually within the hour in office hours. We confirm what the job looks like and what the rate is before anything is booked.
Slot agreed
You get a time window that suits you, not a vague "sometime Tuesday". Emergencies get attended the same day.
Job done
Engineer attends fully equipped, does the work, shows you the footage and invoices at the agreed rate.
Get it looked at before it gets worse
Blockages rarely clear themselves and broken pipes never do. A phone call costs nothing and usually tells you whether this is urgent.
